Here you will find a collection of jams and jellies that I make during the season. Most of my jams and marmalade are low in sugar and without any pectin just the way grandma used to make the old-fashion method.
Jams can be made in large quantities and canned for the whole year or you can make many different types in small quantities with seasonal fruits. Small jams can be kept in the fridge for months or freezer for longer.
