Absolutely. You can use any text-based resource you can download in the form of a package. But you can’t use a text-based browser such as Lynx to browse the Internet.

Many programs have docs in html format, in /usr/share/doc, like apache or dnsmasq. Can I use lynx to read these files during the exam?
